Paper Study #26_ Stage Presence' werd uitgevoerd in het Guggenheim, Bilbao, gecreëerd als reactie op vrouwelijke toneelvoorstellingen. De bewerkte muziek bevatte intro's van vrouwelijke artiesten als: Loreen, Beyoncé, Black Pink, Madonna, Cardi B en Megan Thee. duur: 25 minuten locatie: Auditorium Guggenheim Museum Bilbao Dit evenement was onderdeel van MEM festival Bilbao. MEM is een jaarlijks cultureel festival dat lokale en internationale elektronische, extreme en experimentele acts viert. MEM festival vindt plaats in november in Bilbao (Baskenland, Spanje). Je vindt er dans, theater, muziek, omgevingskunst, video, film, net-art, performance, lezingen, masterclasses en heel veel plezier. MEM ondersteunt transgressorprojecten op een moment dat creatie niet veel risico's neemt. MEM combineert hoogwaardige technologie met een tegencultuur, punkerfgoed, "doe het zelf", en denken en kritiek. MEM staat een Bilbao tussen twee werelden, een herinnering aan industriële vervuiling en een nieuw Bilbao van het informatietijdperk en nieuwe technologieën. MEM combineert internationale en lokale standpunten, op zoek naar een vruchtbare dialoog tussen alle verschillende deelnemende kunstenaars. MEM combine high technology with a counter-culture view, punk heritage, “do it yourself ”, and thought and criticism. MEM state a Bilbao between two worlds, a reminiscence of industrial pollution and a new Bilbao of the information era and new technologies. MEM combine international and local views, looking for a fruitful dialogue among all different participant artists. 2 uur durende performance tijdens de opening van de Mealstrom-tentoonstelling in Arti et Amicitiae Amsterdam De twee uur durende performance bij de opening laat sporen achter; sporen van papier, sporen van beweging, sporen van energie, sporen van leven in verval. De performance weerspiegelt de oorsprong van het dode materiaal: papier en houtskool. Door het kreuken en verdere verwerking van het materiaal worden de aderen en het sap als levensbron zichtbaar gemaakt. Door de herhaalde vernietiging is het verval van materiaal en uitputting voelbaar. Een dualistisch proces tussen leven en dood ging over in toeval.

Een performance over onderzoek in de ruimte. Hoe is een ‘lichaam’ of ‘object’ zichtbaar en tegelijkertijd onzichtbaar in de ruimte.

Performance tijdens de Performancear O Morrir https://performancearomorir.blogspot.com Duur: 1 uur Locatie: Dunes of Samalayuca, Mexico. Materialen: 50 meter krijtpapier, blauwe inkt. De elementen van de natuur. De kleur blauw was een terugkerend thema in mijn optredens in Mexico, dit in tegenstelling tot het gele landschap en als verwijzing naar openheid, integriteit en oprechtheid in deze nieuwe cultuur voor mij.
