How could we share the knowledge with other individuals on a non-hierarchical basis? The white older man becomes the feigned gospel of how to innovate, together with subtitled otherness. The subtitles consist of 30 languages, including Western and non-Western languages.

Finding: something that is often found by good luck, often on an archaeological site. During the residency in SERDE, Latvia, using the methodologies of archaeology there were several findings analysed and classified. The booklets, that were made during my stay, contain the findings and a dialogue written in Latvian. The dialogue advocates to remain, when you do an observation, the childish feeling of wonderment and to stay focused at the same time.

A fact is always a coincidence. During the graduation show, six scientists (ecologist, geohydrologist, archaeologist, ornithologist, art historian and theologist) use their research methodologies on the graduation show for a whole day. A thesis as a computer program where people could read the text and make additions. It is a dynamic structure and through the chaos it is impossible for the ‘user’ to read the text completely and might generate new sentences and thereby new knowledge. The thesis was handed out on USB to twenty scientists and twenty artists. The additions made by the ‘users’ are sent to a database.

Fish and bird is a digital work. A biologist determines by observation that ‘a conversation’ takes place between a fish and a bird. The ethogram and protocol from which this exchange appears, can be heard in stereo after the visitor has accepted the terms and conditions. On the website, the visitor must state that he or she is in an environment where a fish and a bird could take notice of each other. The visitor is located in the position of the scientist in a poetic way.
