[text written by the artist] Alfredo Ciannameo is a new media artist researching scientific principles with sensorial applications in order to approach phenomenon of nature through synaesthetic understanding. The artist began his practice with seeking out new possibilities for "sono-visualization" of images generated and manipulated in real time. After that, Ciannameo developed instruments in which he applied technologies of physics to create immersive environments. Since 2008, the artist is living and working in The Hague [NL].
